Applegate Property Management services over 1,400 apartments as well as an assortment of warehouse and office facilities in Stark and Summit Counties.  The team of professionals at Applegate Property Management has made it their goal to provide the best maintained and trouble-free facilities to their tenants.

Applegate Property Management was established in January 1998.  Its sole purpose is to manage residential and commercial properties.  The owner has selectively brought together a team of employees with the knowledge and experience he considers necessary to provide high quality service.
